Advise, Installation, and Setup of:
    - New Computers or Computer Software Purchases
     - Computer Software and Hardware Upgrades (memory, harddrives, etc.)

Support
    - Training and Personal Tutoring
    - Virus Removal and Protection
    - HardDrive Maintenance (defragmentation, etc.)
    - Software & Hardware Conflict Resolution
    - Conversion of MAC files to PC or PC to MAC files
    - Conversion of graphic, sound, or video files to different formats (bmp to jpg, etc.)
    - Scanning of pictures or documents to files

LOCATIONS COVERED:
Home or Business Service
    - On-Site (1 hour from Northwest Columbus)  [We do the work at your business or home]
    - Off-Site (Any location)  [We do the work at our business and deliver the finished work]

COST OF ALL SERVICES:

   - $ 40.00 per 1/2 hour   ($ 80.00 / hr.)
         * 1/2 hour minimum.
  
  Normal Everyday Discounts:
  10% Discount to all religious and charitable organizations 
  20% Discount to members of the Christian Business Network, Columbus Computer Society
  25% Discount to College Students (Full-Time)
  25% Discount to Senior Citizens (all those over 60 years old)
  All the above Discounts are exclusive and can not be combined.

Monthly Contract Discounts:
  5 to   9 hours each month, 4 appt. max.            10% additional discount
10 to 19 hours each month, 9 appt. max.            15% additional discount
20 hours or more each month, 2 hr. min appts.    20% additional discount
